We recieved a text asking to comment about the service we recieved considering that the alternator you installed, just 2 weeks after we bought it, does not work and I again need a new alternator I would defi recieved considering that the alternator you installed, just 2 weeks after we bought it, does not work and I again need a new alternator I would definitely not recommend Honda of Ocala to anyone for sales or service. I will in fact go out of my way to discourage anyone from going there. I was very excited about this vehicle but so far it's been a nightmare. The lack of accountability at this dealership from the sales to now include the service department negligent. The experience has been completely disappointing and inconvenient. I am not sure how any business that is SALES and SERVICE based can stay in business with what is going on at Honda of Ocala. This is the only recommendation I would offer at this time for Honda of Ocala. "Unless you're in the market for a really poor sales and service experience, steer clear of Honda of Ocala." I can add that Josh Elias our salesman told us several thing about the car that were untrue for instance that it had a remote start feature, when we noticed it didn't work he said that he would have them fix it. Then the service department said that the model we bought didn't come with remote start. I need my car for my job so here is hoping that the warrant for the alternator is something they stand by because I definetley can't affor another $1300 fix that isn't fixed. When purchasing my vehicle they were helpful and very nice. I recently had a check engine light pop up on my vehicle and go away but I still wanted to get the code read. I made an appointment for 9am, went in for my appointment and was told to plug a code reader in even though I have an appointment it will be a 2 hour wait and I would need a “Volkswagen specialist” to plug it in… not only was my 2 hour wait for my scheduled appointment disappointing the man who spoke to me was extremely rude and unprofessional telling me to look at the waiting room and repeating himself about his 2 hour wait as if I didn’t understand him. More

Horrible service experience. Had an appointment this morning for auto butler. Received several emails reminding me of my appointment . He is a liar! !!!! Spoke with Nick several times about a vehicle and my trade in amount. I took off work early and drove an hour and test drove the vehicle. When in !!!! Spoke with Nick several times about a vehicle and my trade in amount. I took off work early and drove an hour and test drove the vehicle. When inside and they under cut me on my trade and the price went up than advertised. I left and called back the next day and talked with Zach, I asked for a cash price for the vehicle. Zach quoted me a price, I then contacted Nick and he told the cash price was almost ten grand more. The price online and the out the door price is almost 5 grand more. Very shady. I not made that deal did not through just double talk and lies all the way around!!!!!!!! More

Good people to work with Everyone we met from the first day to the days after we purchased were very pleasant, professional, and helpful. Mike, Todd, Nick, Frank, Ovi, Ramy,Ma Everyone we met from the first day to the days after we purchased were very pleasant, professional, and helpful. Mike, Todd, Nick, Frank, Ovi, Ramy,Mark and David were people we dealt with directly. This was a huge improvement over three years ago. If anyone else had a bad experience in the past, I would advise returning to experience the difference. More
