However, big and small scratches are all over the place: front, sideways, back, and even the trunk. One windshield wiper was broken. They raised the price we agreed on twice in different procedures, saying they "estimated" wrong and there was a "typo" in calculating taxes. But clearly, it was not a typo. After breaking down the "registration fees", easy math can tell that they added three more non-sense stuff. They did this right after I bought the insurance for the car. I felt so frauded and decided to leave, the sales agent made a gesture behind my back basically saying I was crazy. AVOID THIS DEALER. More

My wife and I were given his name high xxxxxxto Nik Fischer and the team at Berman Subaru for an extremely smooth and pleasant car-buying experience. My wife and I were given his name highly recommended from a coworker, and I have to say if you want to buy a new or used Subaru ask for Nik. Call, don't email. I felt he walked us thru every step, gave great insight on where to direct our hunt, and then made sure we had the best vehicle for our growing family. Whenever it's time for us to retire this Forester for another Subaru I absolutely know where we're going. More

I've been at the dealership for 3 and 1/2 hours to purchase a used car that had already been negotiated with the sales rep days in advance. I'm still waiting for the paperwork to get processed! If you're buying one of these used cars, plan on spending the entire day here. Way too slow getting you out the door. More

Came here from Wisconsin for a purchase. My husband spent tons of time with salesman prior to via phone calls and emails so when time cam everything would be quick and smooth. I never got to see the original salesman we communicated with and ended up being there 4 plus hours. Very disappointed in timing and lack of caring on their part. More
