Ferguson Kia GMC was immediately responsive when I requested a test within the hour. After testing driving the Telluride, I decided this was the one I wanted. I liked Kyle, who was very knowledgeable about our car of interest, pleasant and helpful. He helped us with viewing the car and making a purchase. The only drawback was that, on a Saturday, he was apparently interest, pleasant and helpful. He helped us with viewing the car and making a purchase. It was like a whirlwind seeing him run back and forth between customers, but he nevertheless seemed pretty good at minimizing confusion between clients. As for the dealership, I had warned a day earlier that I was coming to examine the KIA Niro PHEV. They did not take the trouble to see that the car's battery was charged (it barely had a charge). Second, I asked that the tires be properly inflated for my 100 mile drive home after the purchase. They inflated to only 31-32 psi, where the car actually needs 36 psi. More

I was pleased with my truck purchase from Ferguson. Niko kept me informed and answered all my questions and was able to get me a great deal. However I wasn’t really happy that nothing was said about the decals on my trade in until I was in the back office filling out paperwork for the new truck. We had agreed on a trade in value before I had even come in and then to find out that they were going to take 500$ off the trade value because the truck had work decals was kind of concerning. They had received pictures of my trade in WITH the decals on it so I believe this should have been brought up before I even came up to test drive. If that’s had been brought up, I would’ve had 2 days to remove them before making the trip to test drive. Instead I find out after the fact and then have to rush to find a detail shop to remove them. More
