We recently purchased a new Outback at Kenosha Subaru. The store managers John and Nia were very helpful and accommodating. They were very proactive in meeting our needs and addressing some concerns my The store managers John and Nia were very helpful and accommodating. They were very proactive in meeting our needs and addressing some concerns my wife had with the vehicle amenities. Our salesman James was also very attentive to our needs as well and took the initiative to discuss with the management team without being asked to do so. Kudos to him for doing that. It truly made a difference in the vehicle satisfaction that we were looking for. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. This is our second experience purchasing a vehicle at this particular dealership, we have not been disappointed. We also utilize their service department and have been very satisfied with division as well. More

Honest friendly people to deal with. They have a large selection of new cars. Much bigger than the local Subaru dealer and much more able to supply any accessories. I bought my 2024 Cro They have a large selection of new cars. Much bigger than the local Subaru dealer and much more able to supply any accessories. I bought my 2024 Cross trek from them. Very nice! My 2nd Subaru. Stephanie Hagen has been our sales rep. Both times. Great sales techniques, knowledgeable, pleasant & more. I love my 2020 Subaru but decided to Stephanie Hagen has been our sales rep. Both times. Great sales techniques, knowledgeable, pleasant & more. I love my 2020 Subaru but decided to update to the newer model. She has always been there to help me thru operating my car so many times, even ,after I took ownership of it. She is the best.. Her manager, Nyah, was so professional & yet made us feel so welcomed. Tabatha, reconfirmed our contract, by explaining what would be done by them, before our new car would be ready for pickup. My husband & I appreciate the relaxed service, with no pressure given to us at your dealership. Thx Subaru for having such a great staff. More

I did not appreciate the fact that the dealership change their credit card acceptance policy charging each customer 3% service fee for using the credit card as a form of payment and I was not informed about their credit card acceptance policy charging each customer 3% service fee for using the credit card as a form of payment and I was not informed about it until I saw the cashier for making the payment. Also the record for the maintenance plan that I had one oil change and tire rotation on wasn't accurate and I was made feel like the dealership was doing me a favor by accepting the last free service from that plan. Overall, my service visit experience was less than enjoyable. More

Great sales people, great service department, phenomenal overall experience. I would even recommend my enemies to buy a vehicle from Kenosha Subaru (lol)...I really wouldn’t but yea. Cannot mention enough how reassuring the associates made me feel. More importantly, the trust I’ve developed which is difficult to establish in a typical dealership. And, the service department really have factory trained technicians, actually got to speak with a few of them and yes, they know what they’re doing! Thanks again Kenosha Subaru!!! More
