We had seen our vehicle online. Nez walked us through the purchase process. We drove from Iowa to Ohio to trade our 2014 X3 and purchase a 2020 X5. Ian did a great good getting us familiar with our new vehicle. We drove 10 hrs to the dealer and the next day 10 hrs back in the new X5. It was worth the trip. Very good experience. More

Should have come here first I had looked at a 2020 X3 M40i at another Ohio dealership and was prepared to buy but the follow through was poor. I did an internet search for the c I had looked at a 2020 X3 M40i at another Ohio dealership and was prepared to buy but the follow through was poor. I did an internet search for the configuration I was looking for and Nez from Westlake called me quickly. After a couple calls over a half hour period we had established what I was looking for and in this crazy COVD19 world we were able to find our comfortable way of working a purchase. We agreed with all on the phone and I drove up to examine the car and drive it and I have to say it was everything and more than I was hoping for. Nez was great and efficient we went and finalized details and he set his service guys to work prepping my new car. We settled on a delivery date and we went home. On pick up date Westlake BMW was very efficient with my paperwork and sent me back to Nez to show me my car. I then went to Justin one of the “geniuses “ and learned about my car. I got home and needed to call back to synchronize my garage door with my M40 and Westlake was way better than the BMW tutorials or at least were better with helping me understand. I can’t speak highly enough or recommend BMW of Westlake enough As far as selection, customer service, working with me, and recognition of what was important to me. This is my 2nd BMW and I will certainly be going to Westlake for my continued and future needs. I hope Nez is with the company for the future as he is the best sales advisor I have ever dealt with and strongly recommend giving him a call when you are ready to consider a BMW. More
