After doing the work they did, they forgot to align my car. I left and drove it home. My steering wheel was facing left instead of being straight. I took it back. The did an alignment and I left. Now car. I left and drove it home. My steering wheel was facing left instead of being straight. I took it back. The did an alignment and I left. Now my steering wheel was turned to the right. I did a U-turn and took it back again. They said they fixed it but it’s still not straight. I couldn’t afford another rental and had just returned the rental I paid $500 for. 8 days for a diagnostic…. . absolutely unacceptable. I picked up my car before being seen because that is insane! I had ZERO communication on updates or a timeline. Nobody answers the phone, responds to voicemails or texts. Somehow the sales department were the only ones who tried to help the service department is NON-EXISTENT. I went to my other Jeep dealership and had a same day diagnostic, horrible experience. I understand busy or delays but communicate it !!!!!!! More

I waited over two hours before anyone even acknowledged my car. After that, I was told I’d need to leave it without being offered a loaner—despite it being under warranty. Since then, I’ve had to call more my car. After that, I was told I’d need to leave it without being offered a loaner—despite it being under warranty. Since then, I’ve had to call more than six times just to get an update, but all I reach is an automated message. I’m currently paying out of pocket for a rental with no information on my vehicle’s status. No one returns calls or follows up. More

Really Bad customer service! !!! There's no way to talk to anyone, no one knows anything about your car, they don't answer calls and you have to go in person to realize they have !!! There's no way to talk to anyone, no one knows anything about your car, they don't answer calls and you have to go in person to realize they have no communication with the specialists. My car went two weeks without any mechanic checking it, when Neyma told me it was a one to two day diagnostics, not even the manager has any idea how to have a good customer service, Neyma is unfriendly. The worst place I would never go back to again. Terrible! More
