The Sales part of my purchase was great Brandy took the time to explain everything and go out of her way to ensure the truck was to my liking before I commited. The problems with the dealership getting my time to explain everything and go out of her way to ensure the truck was to my liking before I commited. The problems with the dealership getting my trade payoff done are where the deduction of a star is. They sent the bank less than the payoff amount and I had to pay an additional month on a vehicle I don't own anymore. The payoff has not be remedied as of the writing of this review and its been three weeks since my purchase. Very sub par performance by whomever is responsible for this transaction. Guessing at a payoff amount or only doing what you think is the right amount is very unprofessional. More

Once again, I was thoroughly impressed with outstanding Team at Nissan of Clearwater! It’s so refreshing to know that I always have such a dedicated group of professionals that are not only friendly, court Team at Nissan of Clearwater! It’s so refreshing to know that I always have such a dedicated group of professionals that are not only friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable but communicate extremely well! That is especially true of Service Advisor Joe Bitar and Service Manager John Mendonca who thoroughly explained the scope of work to be done while also keeping me updated throughout the process giving me updates along the way. Also, Alex the Service Tech even provided me with a nice video going over work as well. While the work was performed, I also had the pleasure of speaking with Khalid Anas in Sales who answered all my questions on new models and incentives that that I will pass along to my friends and family. Also, special thanks to General Manager Bruno Pignano for always caring about customer feedback and driving his organization to excellence. Again, truly an outstanding team at this state-of-the-art facility that continues to earn this demanding customer’s business and leaves me Completely Satisfied every time reinforcing my loyalty to the Nissan brand! We feel like it was a bait and switch. Not happy what they offered us and then it was more than what the told us what it would be. Then pressured us to get the extended warranty that we fi Not happy what they offered us and then it was more than what the told us what it would be. Then pressured us to get the extended warranty that we filled out the paperwork to cancel to find out it will be 6 to 8 weeks before we hopefully get it back into the balance of our truck. More
