From start to finish, they fed me Lies the whole time. First one started when I called in to see if the vehicle was available. They say “Yes when can you come down and see it?” We confirmed the car code t First one started when I called in to see if the vehicle was available. They say “Yes when can you come down and see it?” We confirmed the car code to make sure we were talking about the same vehicle and scheduled a time for me to visit. I drove two hours to Houston to see it the next day. Upon arriving there, they said the vehicle we discussed isn’t going to arrive until later that day. So we agreed to test drive a vehicle of a similar trim. After the test drive, We confirmed that I was interested in the vehicle and would like to purchase it once it arrived. They said “it’ll arrive here in the next couple hours. Why don’t we get the paperwork going?” Then they proceeded to show me on their Computer screen where the vehicle was located in Houston. It looked like it was a few blocks away, so we got the paperwork going. During the paperwork, I attempted several times to omit out of the Classic Protection Package and was told they cannot sell the vehicle without it (Found out later Through their finance agent that my sales rep lied yet again). After completing the paperwork and going through the financing, they told me that the vehicle isn’t gonna show up today and that it’ll be tomorrow. Long story short, they did that to me for 4 more days telling me that the vehicle “will be in tomorrow”, while not returning my phone calls and texts. This whole event cost me personal business and way too much time. I will never go back there and I will guide as many people as I can from that location. More

Nelson and dealership started off outstanding. Attitudes were relaxed, professional and seemed like a great place to work almost family type atmosphere. Best people and experience I have had when buying a vehicle. They all at the time went above and beyond my expectations. I was planning on taking an Uber but they offered to pick me up at the airport. I already told them that within a year my wife was wanting a Yukon Denali and planned on buying it there. I still have many friends stationed there in Texas and already recommended this dealership based on my experience at the time. Problem is that when I noticed the PUK covers for bed were missing and was assured they would be sent to me. Spoke with Nelson and he stated they have been sent and he was going to send them again. Didn’t happen. Spoke with Santana three occasions and he was suppose to call me back but didn’t happen. I had to try several times and when I connected he assured me they were sent. Twice! I told him I was not going to call again because obviously they were not going to send them. So you spend 80+k for a pickup and need to buy something that should have been installed. I wanted to give them multiple opportunities to fix this before the review because I really liked the dealership and was planning on going back. I do not like leaving negative feedback More
