Amazing Customer Service!!! I came to Schwartz Mazda after a horrible experience at Sansone Auto Mall. I was shopping for a Mazda 3 and Sansone told me they had secured and locat I came to Schwartz Mazda after a horrible experience at Sansone Auto Mall. I was shopping for a Mazda 3 and Sansone told me they had secured and located a vehicle for me which they had not. I immediately stopped working with Sansone and I ended up checking inventory on Mazda's website and found that Schwartz had my exact vehicle on their lot. When I called them and spoke to Neil and explained what I had been through with Sansone, he advised that I would not get that kind of treatment at Schwartz. When I came into the showroom, Neil introduced us to Mark who would be handling our transaction. Mark was a pleasure to work with. He was down to earth and didn't give us the normal car salesman run around. Both Mark and Neil honored the true car price for the car and they gave me a fair price for the remote start installation. Even dealing with their finance department was easy and pleasant. They didn't try to sucker us into adding anything else we didn't want. What really impressed me was after we finalized the sale on the car, Mark sat with me and my boyfriend for over an hour and helped gave us a tutorial on all of the features of the car. He even helped me set up my favorites and linked my phone!!! Most sales people would send you on your way after they get their money but Mark really wanted to be sure that we knew everything the car had to offer. After our experience with Schwartz, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for great customer service. I can tell you that we live about 40 min away and we will come back to Schwartz again when we are ready to buy another car and we will definitely recommend them to our family and friends. More

Tommy did a great follow up and in a pretty short time with Tommy's help we closed a deal. Prior to visiting SchwartzMazda, I visited a Mazda dealership in Wayne, was closer. But it was worth it to go a bit further. The only reason why I gave four stars not five, was not enough explanation from the finance department when I signed a paper. More

Dreams They Do Come True @ Schwartz And Sons Mazda! After having a week of bad experiences with a different dealership and not (Madza) I was reluctant to start the process again . I made a call to Schwartz Mazda & Sons in Shrewsbury NJ. A gentleman by the name of Neil from the Internet department was knowledgeable and answered all my questions . I then set up a road test for the next day,as I entered the show room I was greeted by the staff and felt welcomed. Neil proceeded to introduce to me the salesman that would be working with me,his Name is Tom Mauro. When I sat down I quoted the could and could not. He assured me to relax that he would make this easy and pleasurable,as we entered the inventory section an amazing black Mazda3 isport caught my eye. It was love at first sight , after talking about many options about purchasing or leasing we proceeded with the agreement and might I add he worked very hard at that . As he handed me the keys I realize my dream had come true with the help of Tommy Mauro @ The Schwartz Mazda family, as I was about to leave he introduced me to all the staff and one of them was the owner to congratulate me on my purchase and that touched me .I also want to thank Peter in finance for his hard work as well . Explanation of trade I had bought a vehicle into trade at Schwartz Mazda for a CX5 unfortunately there was an issue with the trade allowance and an add on TV I saw. Neil I had bought a vehicle into trade at Schwartz Mazda for a CX5 unfortunately there was an issue with the trade allowance and an add on TV I saw. Neil took the time to explain the values of my trade and assured me any ad offered by Schwartz would be honored, unfortunately we were too far apart to make the deal but I am happy with the explanation I will continue to be a Mazda customer in the future. More

Good first car buying experience I went to Mazda knowing exactly which car on the lot I was interested in. Charlie was friendly and helpful the entire time - he was patient and encour I went to Mazda knowing exactly which car on the lot I was interested in. Charlie was friendly and helpful the entire time - he was patient and encouraged me to raise any concerns that I had and he addressed all of them very well. Overall, I felt comfortable the whole time and really enjoyed the experience. Neil Rosenstein checked in with us while we were at the dealership and Jon Schwartz even stopped by to say hello and chat which was very nice. As a result of this experience, I'd recommend this dealer to anyone interested in buying/leasing a Mazda in a heartbeat and I expect to be back in the future myself. More

Any questions I had were answered, all options were clearly explained. I looked at the CX-5 and explained all the options I wanted. I went for a test drive and Mark explained everything inside the vehicle. After the test drive, we talked pricing, trading in my old vehicle and a few hours after entering the dealership I drove out with my new 2015 CX-5. I highly recommend Schwartz Mazda to anyone looking for a top notch dealership. More

Got a great deal on a new cx-5 and they gave me a great deal on the trade in. These guys are straight shooters. Do your research and come in with a set budget and they will work with you. I will be coming back for my and my wife's next mazda, as well as refer my friends and family. More

The reason I say unexpected is I had little interest in leasing another CX9, not that I was unhappy My experience was a total unexpected pleasure. The reason I say unexpected is I had little interest in leasing another CX9, not that I was unhappy with it I just wanted to return it and get a Chevy. Neil and Mark made me feel at home right away, that made me hang around. It should be noted that I truly hate the whole car buying experience. Joe was able to work a very fair deal and Anthony mad the financing torture minimal. This Fab Four should be commended in dealing with a true pain in the ass like myself. When I walked in there was less than a 10% chance of me releasing another CX9 and in the time it takes to fly to Florida I was driving one home More
