Potential buyers beware. This place is a FRAUD. I quoted price on a reputable website for car leasing, and was contacted by the internet salesperson from this dealership. Over the phone, the salesperson sai price on a reputable website for car leasing, and was contacted by the internet salesperson from this dealership. Over the phone, the salesperson said that they are matching the quote on the website as part of their June Program.  I decided to come to the dealership the following day as it was the end of the month. I drove TWO HOURS AFTER WORK FROM NY to this dealership only to learn that I need to put down additional $2,300 at signing to secure the monthly rate I was given. Now, I know different dealers offer different leasing options. Some require document fees and taxes to be paid at signing, and some spread those fees with monthly payments. That was why I called the internet salesperson TWICE prior to my visit to confirm the amount due at signing and the monthly cost. I know it is a seller’s market now, but this dealership shows no respect to their customers whatsoever. When I brought up that this was not the price I was assured over the phone, their internet salesperson came out and just said that he probably did not explain it clearly on the phone. When I tried to negotiate the price down with the salesperson onsite, because I did not want to drive TWO HOURS (one way) for nothing, they basically cut the conversation by saying that if I’m not satisfied with the price, they have two customers waiting to see the car after me. Oh and by the way, when I mentioned it was a two-hour drive to the dealership, their internet salesperson even questioned me on that by saying that he doesn’t believe that I drove two hours because my home zip code is one hour away. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND CARELESS STAFF. More
