I was kept waiting 2. 5 hours for my car to be serviced and was not informed that there was a problem with my car. When I asked why it was taking so long, I was rudely told 5 hours for my car to be serviced and was not informed that there was a problem with my car. When I asked why it was taking so long, I was rudely told that there was an issue with a part. They knew I was there but no one came out to tell me. Instead, they texted my husband who was at work. If it had been my husband waiting, he would have been immediately notified. He called to complain about this service and everything was immediately rectified. This was a misogynistic, sexist, unprofessional event that I should not have been subjected to. To say I was outraged would be an understatement. More

I will start by saying we drove 100 miles to Schwartz Mazda. Our sale consultant, George H., was amazing. He sat with us and took the time to answer every question we had.
