Two issues. Was not told that additional work was needed until arrival for the oil change. The maintenance needed light was not rest. When I called the service center I was told to come back in the next day or two and they would reset it, a 30 mile round trip and an hour and a half. The service person should have stayed on the phone and told me how to do the 3 minute simple fix. I did it myself after viewing a UTube video. More

The reason why I give 3*, they asked me if it's ok to fix my car with the estimated price $327 then i agreed. When they came with the actual price, it was double that the estimated $868 something like that. my car with the estimated price $327 then i agreed. Always a great experience. Neil Knutson always takes care of me and so do the other service writers. I was in for a replacement of a part and it was done quickly and profession Neil Knutson always takes care of me and so do the other service writers. I was in for a replacement of a part and it was done quickly and professionally. I was kept notified of the status and the service tech always sends a video explaining what was done. Top notch compared to all the other dealers I have had experience with over 45 years or so. They are the best! More
