A one star only because a zero isn't available. My daughter took in my Volt for an oil change and an intermittent check engine light at a 3:00 pm appointment. There was no acknowledgement of her w My daughter took in my Volt for an oil change and an intermittent check engine light at a 3:00 pm appointment. There was no acknowledgement of her when she pulled in. There was no communication on the vehicle status the rest of the day. She went back at 5:00 and they said the service department was closed, they didn't get to her car, and she had to come back tomorrow. When she called about the car in the morning they gave a huge estimate on the intermittent check engine light. So she rightfully said just do the oil change. When she picked the car up later that day, all they did was charge her $120 for the diagnostic and didn't even change the oil as she requested. My only explanation is that they treat women poorly at this dealership and don't even listen or acknowledge them. Me nor my daughter will ever visit their business again. More

A HUGE thank you to Sunshine Chevrolet Service Department! We were visiting in the area with our 2004 Corvette when we had an issue. We called and spoke to Neal at Sunshine on Tuesday morning, who Department! We were visiting in the area with our 2004 Corvette when we had an issue. We called and spoke to Neal at Sunshine on Tuesday morning, who said he would try to get us back on the road by end of day Wednesday. They could not find the needed part anywhere so a friend drove the part down to us from Pennsylvania. The car was towed in on Tuesday and our friend dropped off the part on Tuesday just as the show room was closing. It turns out the part (the shifter cable) on the car was in good shape but the grommets needed to be replaced. Sunshine worked over 5 hours to get us back on the road to continue our trip by 2:30 pm on Wednesday. Neal and his crew were our life savers! We cannot thank you enough. They were so accommodating for someone from out of town whom they didn’t even know. Now that is great service. Thank you, thank you, thank you. More

We were on vacation, following GPS and didn't really know exactly where we were when my Chevy started losing power and flashing warning lights including the check engine light. We pulled in to Sunshine Chevr exactly where we were when my Chevy started losing power and flashing warning lights including the check engine light. We pulled in to Sunshine Chevrolet, late on a Friday afternoon, and asked them to use the computer to diagnose the problem. It turns out, the problem was with the turbo boost and would have kept the vehicle in the shop for 4 days. It would have ruined our vacation and caused us trouble when we didn't return to work on Monday. However, they also told us the problem was not critical and we could go on with our trip then have the vehicle serviced when we got home. "The check engine light may even go out on it's own, if the problem corrects itself." We went on with our trip and made it home safely and thankfully. (The check engine light did eventually go out.) We may never pass through that area again and they could have refused us or had us make an appointment for Monday, but instead, they took us right in without a moment's delay or second thought. More
