Pleasant purchase experience Neal introduced me to a used car with very low mileage that ended up saving me a good amount of money in the end. From the moment my wife and I entered this dealership we immediately felt comfortable. Friendly atmosphere with wonderful staff. Neil Simon's non-pressure, friendly and knowledgeable method of salesmanship immediately felt comfortable. Friendly atmosphere with wonderful staff. I've purchased plenty of new cars throughout my lifetime and my experience at this dealership with Mr. Neil Simon and Karlie has been by far the absolute finest. I wish to thank both of them for giving my wife and I such a pleasant experience purchasing our new CX-5. I recommend this dealership and Mr.Neil Simon to anyone interested in a new or used car. As far as my wife and I are concerned this is the finest dealership in the tri-state area and beyond. A pleased Customer indeed! I was on the market for a new or CPO vehicle for about a month.. I looked at various types and makes and models.. I owned a Mazda going in, and so, I was on the market for a new or CPO vehicle for about a month.. I looked at various types and makes and models.. I owned a Mazda going in, and so, I had included Mazda in the mix. Hamilton Mazda offered a few CPOs at a great price. The sales staff as well as the finance department were precise, helpful and without the usual gimmicks associated with the transaction. I shook on the great deal in 15 min after I test drove the vehicle and was also given a decent discount on the price. They do not charge crazy fees ($399 for docking fee was the only item-which is fine). Upon discovery of the Nav SD card missing from the vehicle, they have offered to pay for the SD i have purchased from Amazon. The plates and Registration are also being sent to me via UPS, since I live 90 min North.. Neal is a nice guy and I will look him up in the future. More
