Do not purchase from fort Fullerton. I purchased a 2022 Toyota RAV4 XLE from forte Fullerton. I purchased it through my credit union BCU after I made the purchase they got their check th I purchased a 2022 Toyota RAV4 XLE from forte Fullerton. I purchased it through my credit union BCU after I made the purchase they got their check that Friday the 19th 2024 after I got the email saying that they received the money for it. I called down and told them that I was coming to pick up my vehicle and they told me no you can pick it up Saturday and I said no I will not wait until Saturday. You guys have a money already I’m coming to get my vehicle so when I got there to get my vehicle, they only gave me one key and no floor mats and no manual to the vehicle so when I asked them for the second key, he told me that the lady Britney make sure that I got the second key. I emailed him day after day after day about the second key then finally I get a call from a guy named Chase Kiefer, Chase. Kiefer told me. that I would not be receiving a second key to my vehicle, and I would not read be receiving a manual, nor will I be receiving floor mats that I had to purchase all that on my own. Once they got the money from the credit union they weren’t nothing else to do with me because I wasn’t financing it through them. I was financing it through my credit union. I was treated very poorly and very disrespectfully Chase Kiefer left a long message on my answering machine and told me to stop calling them because I am not getting a second key and I’m not getting a manual to my car and I am not receiving floor mats that I had to purchase all this on my own. I thought it was poor customer service and the way I was treated very poorly. Please do not purchase a vehicle from for R. You will be treated very poorly chase Kiefer the manager. There is very disrespectful and rude. More
