Neal has been in the automotive industry for 14 years! He helped run a family owned business that consisted of a “Buy Here Pay Here” car lot, a salvage yard, and an automotive repair shop. He recently got married to his now wife Katie back in February of 2018. In his free time, Neal enjoys running, golfing, camping, hiking, sports…basically any outdoor activity. He is also a diehard Steelers fan. Fun Fact: Neal has run the Indy Mini for 8 STRAIGHT YEARS and has ended his streak at 5 straight for the Chicago Marathon this past year.

BEWARE! I took my car to Tom Wood Toyota for new tires, and they damaged my wheels during the process. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to acknowledge the issue and wouldn't fix the damage they caused. I expected professional service, but this experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. If you care about your vehicle, I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. The lack of accountability and customer care is alarming. Take your business elsewhere! More

Tom Wood’s Deshawn met me when I arrived for an unscheduled visit to the service area for a problem with my vehicle. He listened to my problem and was able to get my vehicle inspected within 2 hour unscheduled visit to the service area for a problem with my vehicle. He listened to my problem and was able to get my vehicle inspected within 2 hours after I left it at the dealership. Thanks to his hard work I got my vehicle back when he had told me it would be ready. He also drove my vehicle to the waiting area to give it back to me. That is what I appreciate about Tom Wood and Deshawn in the service department! More
