I expected professional service, but this experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. If you care about your vehicle, I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. The lack of accountability and customer care is alarming. Take your business elsewhere! More

Tom Wood’s Deshawn met me when I arrived for an unscheduled visit to the service area for a problem with my vehicle. He listened to my problem and was able to get my vehicle inspected within 2 hour unscheduled visit to the service area for a problem with my vehicle. He listened to my problem and was able to get my vehicle inspected within 2 hours after I left it at the dealership. Thanks to his hard work I got my vehicle back when he had told me it would be ready. He also drove my vehicle to the waiting area to give it back to me. That is what I appreciate about Tom Wood and Deshawn in the service department! More
