Naz made my unconventional transaction not just possible but very easy. I found the exact vehicle I wanted while browsing their inventory online. Unfortunately though the CR-V I had purchased used at Paragon four years ago had the radar sensor stolen just two days prior so it was in the shop for repair. I explained that I was hoping to trade in my vehicle for the one I'd seen online but would have to wait for the repair to be done. Naz was very attentive and worked with his managers to allow me to proceed with the purchase in good faith that I would have the car ready to trade in by the end of the week. Throughout the week I was getting nervous that the car might not be ready or something might go wrong with my money transfer but Naz answered all my calls and even actively text messaged with me to ensure everything went smoothly. He was very patient with me and all my questions as this process is not one I had ever done. When I got my repaired car from the shop for days later, I brought it over to Paragon for trade in and Naz had me in my new used vehicle in under two hours. I will definitely be returning to Paragon for future upgrades and certainly hope to work with an associate as caring, attentive, and professional as Naz. Thank you! More

I submitted my trade-in vehicle (an old Civic) for trade-in pricing at KBB.com. I answered all of the KBB questions throughly and honestly and KBB came up with a trade-in value. The KBB app then pre trade-in pricing at KBB.com. I answered all of the KBB questions throughly and honestly and KBB came up with a trade-in value. The KBB app then presented an option by which I could authorize KBB to send the trade-in price quote to Honda dealers in my area. I clicked "YES" and I received a call from Paragon Honda shortly after. The person on the phone encouraged me to make an appointment to have them look at the trade-in vehicle. Paragon Honda also had a late-model certified used car offered on Cars.com in which I was interested. So, since they said they were interested in my trade-in and they had a car I was interested in buying, I made an appointment and went to Paragon. I took time off from my own work to go in to Paragon. The quote on my trade-in was not a lot of money, but would have lowered the price of a new car by a few thousand dollars. I was told by the Paragon employee over the phone: "We usually honor the quote that the KBB app gives out." I went to Paragon Honda and, while I test drove the car I was considering buying, Paragon had one of their techs inspect my car. I was then told that they would offer me ZERO on my trade-in vehicle. They presented me with a form on which every defect of the old car (each of which I had disclosed on the KBB app -- scratches, dents, a broken power window) was given A GROSSLY INFLATED REPAIR VALUE. For example, two of the doors have medium depth scratches that will require re-finishing. The clear coat is scratched off and you can see the white undercoat. On Paragon's form, the doors were list as MUST BE REPLACED. The trade-in offer was a BAIT-AND-SWITCH. Paragon Honda's conduct was unethical. They wasted my time. Also, the vehicle I was interested in buying -- which was listed as a "Honda certified" used car, had a defect that was not disclosed when they listed the car on Cars.com. The mud guard that protects the underside of the engine from mud, water and debris was MISSING. If I had wanted to buy that car I would have had to either buy the car without the part or wait for a replacement part, which Paragon did hot have in stock. Overall, a very negative experience. The people involved were dishonest. I will never go back to Paragon Honda. More
