Nathan was amazing. We walked into the dealership not wanting to buy a car, but he was able to suggest a car that we loved in a way where it felt natural. The dealership sales person Nate was good as he helped us test drive 5 different vehicles. I appreciated him taking the time to help us find the right car. The sales manager Robbie was horrible and wouldn't test drive 5 different vehicles. I appreciated him taking the time to help us find the right car. The sales manager Robbie was horrible and wouldn't work us on the price of the car at all until we found it considerably cheaper at another Honda dealership. Only at the point would he match the price. This caused us to delay the process by a few days and we had to take another trip in. Also in the process of the 1st visit to the 2nd it took Robbie over a day to get us payment numbers to us. We never felt like a priority to him even though we were motivated to buy the car. There was also no finance manager available and we had to go to a neighboring Acura dealership to do the paperwork. He was less than eager to work with us and kept saying the words that negotiating stopped with Nate and Robbie. He also could clearly explain why we had to pay a doc fee (which covered the title) and then had to pay a title fee. I am pretty sure fok looking online that we overpaid on fees. Overall I am happy with car but feel I could have had better service from another dealer. I only went with this one because it was the closest. More
