Happy Camper Logan Henderson was my sales person on my purchase of my 2019 GMC Sierra. Logan was very knowledgeable from the git go on what fit my needs with price I was willing to spend. He was not your typical sales person b s ‘er he conducted himself as stakeholder in his dealership. Upon delivery he was beyond courteous not only on the delivery,but his willingness to help set everything up and showing me all the latest features and functions was gold star. I have purchased probably 15 plus new vehicles in my life and can honestly say he was the best I’ve ever have dealt with the dealership is lucky to have him on the team. Now I just hope the service dept can be at the level when I need them. More

Everything went according to plan and staff was helpful I was referred to bill delord from another repair shop because they deemed my repair to be covered under warranty. Info they stated bill delord pointed out to them. Called to make an appointment and was able to get in pretty fast with a loaner car that was comparable to the size car i owned. I was worried about the whole thing since the covered under warranty info came from another shop. I called the day before just to make sure my appointment and loaner car was all set to go. The process of dropping off my car and picking up the loaner was very fast. I dropped off at the end of the day for the next morning. I was called about 900am the next morning from service stating my repair was covered under warranty and all set to go. Shot out to integrity automotive in middletown for being right! They are great as well. I was able to pick up my car even after service was closed and that was a breeze. My mom previously purchased a car from bill delord several years ago and she was happy with the service then and im happy with the service now. I told my mom about my experience and she actually went there for an oil change a few days later. The location isnt really that close but not too far. I live in west chester and my mom lives in middletown. We both pass other places we could go to service our cars be would drive the extra miles for good service. Hopefully it stays that way. More

Not a satisfied customer Would definitely not bring your vehicle here for service. After being on countless phone calls with GM corporate for a measly $134 known service reca Would definitely not bring your vehicle here for service. After being on countless phone calls with GM corporate for a measly $134 known service recall #12138 on a transmission dipstick tube failure this dealership would not honor the recall because apparently someone had already 'claimed' the warranty. GM corporate even admitted I had never received a recall notice according to their records. If the work was actually completed (never was as I am original owner) the dealership was supposed to install a foam tube in addition to replacing the dipstick to correct the vibration issue that causes the failure. Interestingly enough no foam on the broken dipstick. That should make it pretty clear recall work had never been completed. Besides a known design flaw...should be appropriately handled appropriately. As a former GM engineer and nothing but loyal GM customer for past 18 yrs its a real shame to lose loyalty for a lousy $134. More

Cadillac Service 2011 SRX I don't believe I have ever had worse service at a dealership ever. There was a recall on my vehicle stemming from a sunroof drain hose leak. We the I don't believe I have ever had worse service at a dealership ever. There was a recall on my vehicle stemming from a sunroof drain hose leak. We the hose finally failed and I had standing water on the interior of my vehicle which shorted out electrical components. The service department confirmed that the sunroof drain was malfunctioning and were willing to replace the drain, but they did not want to replace any of the electrical components that were damaged due to the water. The service department would not even work with me on the repairs. First off I will not be buying another Cadillac as this vehicle has had more recalls than any other vehicle that I have owned and Cadillac does not take care of their customers. Also I would never return to Bill Delord for any vehicle service or to purchase a new vehicle. Very poor service all around. More
