I went to this dealership to buy a truck I saw. After test driving I agreed on a price and trade deal with the salesman and told them to run credit for financing. The salemans came back with finance the offer, but the price on the buyer order has went up by $351. He said they had forgot to put a tag fee on it, but did not bother to come tell me before they ran my credit. The financing they offered was way higher than what I had been pre-approved for at my bank. They said I could just go get the loan at my bank. I asked if they could bring the price back to what I had agreed upon since the had already ran my credit and was told no. At first I said I wasn't sure I was going to go for it since they changed the price, but ended up calling the bank and got the documents sent to ge the loan. I called the salesman soon after I left to let him know I was buying the truck and had him send the title image to my bank for my loan. I set up a time to come the next day to purchase the truck. While I was at my bank picking up the check the salesman texted me and told me they were showing thay truck to someone else. I told.gim I was on my way with the check and asked if I was still going to be able to buy it. He would never give me a straight answer and dragged me along to come there and wait around. I come to find out they indeed never intended on letting me buy the truck if the other customer came to an agreement because I was there before they even got a price negotiated, but I was still not given an opportunity to buy the truck. They were keeping me around to use as negotiation tactic against the other customer and just as a back up buyer even though I was the original buyer. More

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Lou Fusz GMC. We were looking at the new Hummer EV and the Sierra Denali. BEWARE I bought a brand new GMC Canyon on 02/26/23. One week later, the drive shaft and differential were completely broken. After 2 weeks back at Lou Fusz they've told me parts are not available and t One week later, the drive shaft and differential were completely broken. After 2 weeks back at Lou Fusz they've told me parts are not available and there's no way to tell me when my truck will be fixed. They've refused to refund my money on the truck and I've yet to be able to speak with a manager. I can't explain my disappointment in Lou Fusz. I encourage everyone to explore other options before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More
