I am born and raised from Arizona and have lived in Phoenix for 15 plus years. I have worked as a service technician for the last 20 years and have been at Courtesy Volvo shortly after its opening in September 2017. In my spare time I love to watch all kinds of sports and spend time with my family. My favorite thing about the Volvo brand is their innovation in safety and technology features. Visit exceeded expectations I've been taking my 2004 xc90 to Courtesy Volvo since they opened their location at 101 and Indian School rd. I usually work with Jud to arrange for d I've been taking my 2004 xc90 to Courtesy Volvo since they opened their location at 101 and Indian School rd. I usually work with Jud to arrange for desired service work and he is a trusted advisor for all work on my vehicle. This most recent visit was for the periodic oil and filter change which, upon work being performed, the service tech [Nathan] recommended replacement of the serpentine belt [many cracks], tensioner, and fuel filter. My vehicle has 190k miles and I would expect these items to be ready for replacement. Courtesy Volvo is always clean, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and always reasonable with the costs for work performed. I've never been disappointed by their customer service. More
