Service department is very poor! Don't trust them with your repairs! Findlay Toyota Spokane, formerly Larry Miller Toyota, has been my go to auto dealership for the last 4 years. They are absolutely, without a doubt the best dealership I have ever dealt with. My wife and I ha been my go to auto dealership for the last 4 years. They are absolutely, without a doubt the best dealership I have ever dealt with. My wife and I have purchased cars and traded several cars through them these past 4 years and each and every salesman, the service department and every other employee I've had experience with have always went above and beyond my expectations. Anytime I've had a problem or concern about anything, they have solved the issue and/or found someone or a way to resolve the issue. Every vehicle I've bought through them was great, and regardless of how much or how little money I've had for down payments, they have made the deal work for me, oftentimes at the expense of their own commissions. I especially want to thank Luis Castillo, who did his thing and was able to reduce the cost of a recent repair job on my 2015 Chevy Impala to about $159, that otherwise would have been at least double that probably more. I would and do recommend Findlay Toyota Spokane to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I am certain you will get an outstanding deal, vehicle along with top notch customer and sales support. More

Where do I start?? From keeping my truck for 3 days shy of 3 weeks, to him dropping the ball several times by ordering wrong parts, to the text message he left me from his personal cell that he gave me, ab of 3 weeks, to him dropping the ball several times by ordering wrong parts, to the text message he left me from his personal cell that he gave me, about what a terrible customer and person I am. I was never dishonest about how I damaged my truck. He gave me multiple different quotes with all of the wrong parts. Admitted and then later lied about damaging my Fender Flare on my truck. I have pictures/videos of my truck before it was taken to the dealership. I have tons of text messages between Andrew and I. He continually promised things that he could not deliver on. AVOID THIS GUY AND THIS DEALERSHIP!! here is the text that he left me: For one this is my personal number and you bugging me on my day off doesnt make me want to continue to be on your side. The truck either gets done today or tomorrow. You broke your truck and werent honest from the get go on how it happened. Personally you have been a really difficult customer to deal with so i say tomorrow is the best course of action as i am done dealing with your attitude and your me first attitude. You have had a second vehicle to use this whole time and dont need your truck back as you have the day off. You can pick your truck up tomorrow, ill order you a Lyft ride back to the dealer and deal with you tomorrow. Have a nice rest of your night Michael. More
