Last fall when I was ready for a new vehicle, there was no doubt it would be another Subaru from Landers McLarty Subaru. When I “met” Markeyce Parker over the phone, he was great. He knew this would be my no doubt it would be another Subaru from Landers McLarty Subaru. When I “met” Markeyce Parker over the phone, he was great. He knew this would be my third Subaru so, he didn’t have to sell me on the product. He was very helpful about the inventory and before the day was over, he had located a car that I was interested in and was holding it until I could see it. When we went in, Markeyce introduced us to Nathan, the sales manager and Bill from finance. I decided to special order a 2024 Outback to get exactly what I wanted. Markeyce is a great salesman. He knows the product answered all of my questions and in just a little while we left happy having ordered a new car! I expected a wait of several months but in about 6 weeks my car was here. It was in the showroom writhing for us and Markeyce and everyone there seemed to be as excited as we were. They really have a great team there. Today I’m taking my Outback in for the first service appointment and I can’t say enough good things about the service department. Bobby has been watching over my Subarus for over twenty years now and everyone on service staff has been great, kind and professional.. So far, I’ve never had to do anything but routine maintenance and wear and tear issues but they have made it all easy. If you’re thinking of a Subaru, these guys are the best. My 2024 Outback is fabulous and Welsh Terrier tested and approved! More

My recent experience with Landers McLarty Subaru was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling deceived. Despite expressing my interest in a specific vehicle and reserving an appointment that afternoon incredibly frustrating and left me feeling deceived. Despite expressing my interest in a specific vehicle and reserving an appointment that afternoon, the sales team failed to inform me that the vehicle was not truly reserved until I paid a deposit. As a result, the car was sold to someone else over the phone within a few hours. This lack of professionalism and disregard for my needs as a customer was deeply disappointing. The sales representative did not ask enough questions about my intentions to buy and assumed I was only interested in a test drive, even though I live out of state. It is clear that the dealership's primary focus is making a sale, rather than providing quality customer service. This lack of integrity and attention to customer needs is disheartening. Selling the car I had reserved without giving me the opportunity to purchase it is completely unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for customer loyalty and satisfaction. I wasted time and resources preparing to buy the car, only to have it snatched away without any consideration for my needs. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Landers McLarty Subaru to proceed with caution. Their failure to ask important questions, misleading communication about vehicle reservations, and ultimately selling the reserved car without consideration for me as a customer have left me dissatisfied and frustrated. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy car-buying experience. More
