William Harris was amazing, went WAY above and beyond for me. Had a unexpected expense that was going to cost over $2500 I didn't have. Will spent OVER AN HOUR on the phone with my warranty company to fight me. Had a unexpected expense that was going to cost over $2500 I didn't have. They are not timely. They promise a time, and call an hour later. They also call your spouse's phone number and not the number they verified with you personally at drop They promise a time, and call an hour later. They also call your spouse's phone number and not the number they verified with you personally at drop-off. They do not complete all work and make you schedule a second service visit after they have had your vehicle there all day. My husband and I both have new '24s, and we both have encountered less than desirable outcomes at this dealership. More

Your central scheduling told me I had an appointment today. Went in and dealership told me I didn’t. Getting this rating to fill out tells me I had an appointment and someone at the dealership is jackin today. Went in and dealership told me I didn’t. I’m not a happy person. I drive too far for this to keep happening! More
