I just picked up my dream car yesterday. It had to be ordered and I wanted to say how wonderful and patient they were dealing with me and my calls every week for an update. My sales guy was Brennan Hartman and he went above and beyond for me. Every question I had was answered, every feature was reviewed and explained, and every concern I had was put at ease. I will definitely be recommending Ciocca Toyota and Brennan to anyone looking to buy a car. I also dealt with Nathan Follmer (Finance Manager) and he was very organized and had everything ready to sign. He reviewed every aspect of my warranties with me and provided the knowledge so I could make an informed decision regarding any extended warranties. What a great group of guys these were to deal with and it was a pleasure!!! More
