I was waiting for 1. 5 hours before I went up to ask what was taking so long. People that had come in after me were leaving before me. I was told they were running a recal 5 hours before I went up to ask what was taking so long. People that had come in after me were leaving before me. I was told they were running a recall update on my car and it would be another 20 minutes and was quickly dismissed. Another hour passed and I again asked about the status of my car. They were still working on my update. I was not once approached and updated on how long this was going to take. After another 45 minutes, they finally offered me a rental car. My car was at the dealership half the day. My time was not considered at all during this day. I am thankful I did not have anything planned that day because my car was held at the dealership half the day without anyone approaching me to update me. More

When I arrived they were ready to take my vehicle to start the repairs. Nat even provided a coupon to reduce my cost. The vehicle was done before I expected. SC Toyota did a great job on my car. My drive belt was changed by a master mechanic. I'm happy about that. I just wish I'd known in advance that there was a $15 environmental disposal fe My drive belt was changed by a master mechanic. I'm happy about that. I just wish I'd known in advance that there was a $15 environmental disposal fee. I'm also a bit upset that they were unable to provide me with a report card for my vehicle inspection. Despite all this, I definitely plan on being a repeat customer because SCT does great work for a fair price. More
