SC Toyota did a great job on my car. My drive belt was changed by a master mechanic. I'm happy about that. I just wish I'd known in advance that there was a $15 environmental disposal fee. I'm also a bit upset that they were unable to provide me with a report card for my vehicle inspection. Despite all this, I definitely plan on being a repeat customer because SCT does great work for a fair price. More

Little to say I got the wrong information sent to me telling me I needed a “ Critical service performed “, a wheel alignment. I requested a call and the Service advisor Rob, told me yeah I needed it and telling me I needed a “ Critical service performed “, a wheel alignment. I requested a call and the Service advisor Rob, told me yeah I needed it and I was gonna cost 160 or some odd dollars more. I told him I was not gonna do it until I seen that It was out of alignment and to show me the paperwork before anything. He said he would text it to me or email it to me which he never did. He just sent me the video of my inspection ( which I already had text to me ) and halfway through the video the sound cuts out so I can’t hear half of what they’re saying. I told Rob I wanted to talk to him in person. 10 minutes later Rob finally calls me in to his office area and says the car is done and that information was supposed to go to a different customer! Now my Carfax report says that I had a critical service declined and the only notes on there as it was supposed to go to a different customer. I’m pretty pissed off about that! Trying to upsell me on a job that wasn’t needed and if I would’ve said, yes, I would’ve been out money for something I did not need to be performed! That is absolute fraud. I am in the transportation industry. I’m a master Indian Motorcycle technician and have worked at different dealerships for the OME, This is appalling! Rob needs to slow down and make sure he is not sending the wrong information or what I think happened is he got caught in an upsell lie and had to back his way out of it!! On the other hand, I think it was Nathan that checked me in very personable and a nice guy. More

It's easy to walk through the process as everyone is helpful. I like that they keep me informed while they work on my car either by text or the info board on the wall. Not good first was told needed new air filters cabin and both in the engine was told slight discoloration was told needed replacement with 5000 miles on the truck then while they were rotating, the tires sn both in the engine was told slight discoloration was told needed replacement with 5000 miles on the truck then while they were rotating, the tires snapped a lug knot was told could not replace the one they broke, but five lug nuts was as good as six. You’re good to go, that was my first experience after buying a $60,000 truck More
