Not good first was told needed new air filters cabin and both in the engine was told slight discoloration was told needed replacement with 5000 miles on the truck then while they were rotating, the tires sn both in the engine was told slight discoloration was told needed replacement with 5000 miles on the truck then while they were rotating, the tires snapped a lug knot was told could not replace the one they broke, but five lug nuts was as good as six. You’re good to go, that was my first experience after buying a $60,000 truck More

I was disappointed with today’s service. I had an appointment at 10am. I got there before my appointment time. service advisor was very kind and courteous. how ever the parts department was very rude, I had a part replacement on my Tundra that I had to wait for 4 months for the part to arrive and repla how ever the parts department was very rude, I had a part replacement on my Tundra that I had to wait for 4 months for the part to arrive and replaced, the parts department many times were rude when I asked for an eta on the part. when my service advisor had the wrong part, he went the extra mile and some how got the correct part and replaced the same day. More
