Mark Mazda provided us with an excellent leasing experience! Our salesperson, Nathan, was zero pressure and extremely helpful. Without his commitment, I would have given up. Everyone we met at the dealership was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We are very happy and satisfied customers! We will be sharing this with family and friends! More

Very happy! When I first arrived at Mark Mazda, I was greeted with this very kind voice saying "Hi!". This was Danni the receptionist manager. She was delightful When I first arrived at Mark Mazda, I was greeted with this very kind voice saying "Hi!". This was Danni the receptionist manager. She was delightful and one of the most pleasant people I have encountered at any dealership so far. Her professionalism, friendliness and kindness are a 10/10!! I met Austin the first time, and he showed me a few vehicles to look at, and I found the CX-5 fit my needs. On the test drive he was knowledgeable, and friendly. Not over burdening or trying to make things up. He had genuine answers for my questions. Negotiation on price came up, and he did have the typical eye roll inducing car salesman demeaner. His youth makes him pretty easy to read and know when he is trying to xx you though. After deciding to purchase the CX-5, I came back to Mark Mazda again, I was greeted by one of the best most genuine people, Danni! Have I mentioned I thought she was great? and met Nathan. Now, Nathan is a great guy! Didn't try to xx me, and during and after the sale he remained helpful and made sure everything was going and had gone to my satisfaction. While my vehicle was being prepared for me taking delivery, I made myself familiar with the dealership and the people who are in different roles. I went to the parts department to look around, and I was greeted by Sadie. Sadie is a very kind and helpful member of this team and was eager to help me with my new vehicle or any questions I had. I met Zach who works in the Detail/Body part of the operation, and another great person to have met! He seems to be very passionate and caring for the vehicles he is working with and takes customer service to heart. Another 10/10!! While wandering around I heard the voice of thunder that made me flashback to my youth, and shiver thinking I forgot to clean my room. This voice came from a gentleman named "Carlos". At least this is what I was told. I didn't interact with him much, but Carlos has a smile that would let you know all was fine, and a voice that gave flashbacks to childhood groundings. He seems like a fantastic individual and another perfect person added to the Mark Mazda team. A solid 10/10, but I'm a tad frightened to go lower at this point. Then, his smile says it's all good. 10/10!! As many vehicles I have purchased this far in my life, the most dreaded person is.........FINANCE! My time was up, and I had to go talk to the finance guy. This guy is Brandan. Now, I can't remember any finance guy I've delt with, other than they have been train wrecks. Brandan is......A GOOD GUY! No, seriously, he was great to deal with! Friendly, professional, and just a genuine nice guy! NOW.....I do feel compelled to mention something I wasn't impressed with. Austin, who was given a promotion during my time with MM, was clearly stressed with his newfound promotion. I noticed him make a "snappy type" comment to Danni. I wasn't impressed by this type of action. Danni is one of the best people I met at the dealership! Note to Managment: Austin should wash Danni's car every month.......and bring her breakfast....... To end, I am very satisfied with my experience at Mark Mazda and think this may be the best group of folks gathered at one location! More
