Wonderful shopping experience at Royal Moore Toyota recently. Mily went out of her way to help me feel valued and welcome, and even though the 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE I wanted was sold out, I did recently. Our salesman, Alejandro, was very pleasant to work with. He was courteous, answered our questions in a timely fashion and got answers if he didn’t know the answer. It made the experience pleasant. I would also like to add thanks to the service department for allowing me to tie up one of their lifts to do an inspection of the underside of my car. Thank you very much! One note of criticism, our deal was a “cash” deal-no financing involved, which I had made clear from first contact. Once a price was agreed upon, paperwork started to appear, and at one point I was asked to sign the back of a credit application “just to get my information down”. That shouldn’t have been even asked, and to make it VERY clear, it was not Alejandro that asked that to be done. We did however, have to go to a local bank to get the cash together, as Royal Moore’’s policy will not accept a debit card transaction for a full purchase price, and no other accommodation could be made without a credit application being filled out. Slightly inconvenient, but it worked out in the end. More
