If I had to rate this dealership from 1-10 being truly exceptional, I would give it a - 0. I was advised by used car manager, Nate to go to their orientation on 4/08/24. When I spoke with the receptionist exceptional, I would give it a - 0. I was advised by used car manager, Nate to go to their orientation on 4/08/24. When I spoke with the receptionist to ask for the corporate office which I was instructed to go to by Nate. I was told by Lance who stated that he was a manager that I had to attend his training class for one week. After completing the 1st day of training. I received a call from Nate stating that I should have not attended that class. I was also instructed to come into the dealership in Hiram and wait a couple of days before going back to orientation on Thursday. I went into the Hiram dealership and was introduced to Alabama Bobby who also advised me that he’s manager and was totally disrespectful. I advised him at 12:00 that I was going to lunch. When I got back 35 minutes later, he yelled at me for taking lunch. I will not get into all the thing he said during a meeting we had before going on the floor to shadow sales people. This was the worst sales experience of my career in sales. Manager are more focused on using bodies to sell car than promoting professional management staff. I worked there for 3 days. As of this date , I have not been paid for training or the two days I wasted at Carl Black superstore in Hiram. More
