My repair didn’t take long, I had a coffee and a snack while watching tv so all that helped me pass the time quickly. I've used this dealership twice to service my Chevy Traverse. Both times the service advisor never tried to upsell anything, as opposed to the Chevy dealer to the east of me. That same dealer wanted to Traverse. Both times the service advisor never tried to upsell anything, as opposed to the Chevy dealer to the east of me. That same dealer wanted to charge me $500 more than Boucher for the same job. The service advisor was polite. The mechanic was honest with the safety check. And they had a comfortable customer Lounge while I waited for my repair. More
