Service was ok, we arrived early to the appointment. Had to wait a few minutes for a service advisor to come out to greet us. About 45 minutes the car went into be serviced. An hour after the car went in to be serviced it cane out . We got the invoice which was higher than what was advertised on the website. We paid the bill got the report, I asked a few questions about the report, and I felt it was an inconvenience for the service advisor and he replied with a short comment and we walked over to the parts department to pay the bill. We went out got into the car and departed the service area. Our total time at the service center was about 1 hour and 45 minutes from time we arrived. More

I go to the one in Surprise because it is easier, however the service for an oil change took almost 3 hours. They found a nail in my tire so they did fix but next time I need a oil change I'll go to OilCan the service for an oil change took almost 3 hours.
