Finance person did not advise us of proper financing options. He said 7.5% was the best offer he had and had never seen a 2.99% finance. We worked with sales people and they were able to find the 2.99% options. He said 7.5% was the best offer he had and had never seen a 2.99% finance. We worked with sales people and they were able to find the 2.99% option. The Finance person told us the Ceamic coating process would take 45 minutes when in fact it took 2.5 hours!! The initial cost for the Ceramic coating he quoted was $995 but when I said no, he lowered the price to $600. If it is $600 then don't try to sell it to me for $995. Everyone else was great to work with but the finance guy was not. More

I was charged $885 for 2 hours of labor to fix the A/C. Also, the inspection sheet showed that both my engine and in cabin air filters were dirty and needed to be replaced. I know labor rates are always inflated, but this is over the top. Telling me my filters are dirty is just shady business trying to get more money. More
