Had a rattle in dashboard that was very annoying. I could not figure out where it was coming from, took it to Germain Honda dealership in Surprise and they were able to locate the problem, they wil I could not figure out where it was coming from, took it to Germain Honda dealership in Surprise and they were able to locate the problem, they will call when new part arrives. I came in to have an oil change and a recall item to be fixed. My service rep didn’t know if the parts were available for the recall item so I asked him to please let me know as that would determine how lo fixed. My service rep didn’t know if the parts were available for the recall item so I asked him to please let me know as that would determine how long I would be there. He said he would. I sat down and waited. An hour later I got up to see if both items were to be done. He and three other men were in an office. It was a glass office. I stood outside the office to wait until someone saw that I needed help. No one came out. I notice my car keys on the counter and my car ready to go so I knocked on the glass and finally got someone’s attention. My service rep apologized saying he was in a meeting. I asked him if my car was going to get the recall item fixed and he said no. I asked him why he didn’t notify me. He had no reason. I then asked if my car was ready and it was. How much extra time did I wait I don’t know. Clearly I wasn’t a priority. I was not happy. More
