I understand that there has recently been a change of ownership. An appointment was made for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time for my appointment and I fail to understand why this would take 1 hour and 55 minutes?!?! This is totally unacceptable to me as a customer! Yesterday I went to Tire discount for an appointment with them to purchase and install 4 new tires which they performed in 40 minutes! Can you understand why I’m not pleased with Ganley Kia’s service performance? My time is valuable and I don’t feel Kia service department gets that fact with their inefficient time management with customer service. More
