THEY GROSSLEY MISSREPRESENTED the 2023 Audi A3 we recently purchased 10-09-26 & now are ghosting us. We were told the Audi was a hybrid and less than a week after purchasing it, we took it to an Audi Dealership and learned it had nearly catastrophic engine damage and was not a hybrid. We also purchased a $4,000 platinum warranty that was supposed to be bumper to bumper 36 months or 36k miles in which we could go to any reputable shop of our choice. Now we learn different. We can only go to select shops that are affiliated with the warranty company. Before purchasing the Audi, we questioned the louder engine noise, and our sales rep Jose told us "All Hybrid's sound like that". We understand Jose had no idea what he was talking about, but it's very disappointing & unethical that a reputable dealer would not even reach out one time to discuss. We have had to call the dealer, and every personal we speak to tells us something different. This has been a nightmare, and I hope no one else goes through this. The Federal Trade Commission as well as the PA Attorney General's Offices have ongoing investigations for unethical business practices. More
