I asked Brock to confirm that the seats were both heated and cooled. He said yes but they are only heated. The finance guy pressured me into a maintenance agreement that I didn't want and it has been driv and cooled. He said yes but they are only heated. I didn't get it with the 2016 Tundra that I bought there. My biggest reason for not wanting it is that it made me lay out more money than I had planned being on a fixed income. More
