Lexi was so kind, smart, and personable. Nate was also extremely expedient, and very nice. I felt very comfortable in the waiting room with nice chairs and a clean bathroom. The girls in the warranty and title departments were knowledgeable and nice. Bought vehicle sight unseen and relied on sales person and finance to take as good care of me as if I was there at the dealer knowledgeable and nice. When they were off, I had to wait a day or so for them to be back on duty. I couldn't get to Utah to pickup vehicle so it was transported. Unfortunately, there was no paperwork or temporary license so could not drive vehicle for two days until FedEx could deliver temporary license. Waited another week for licensing paperwork to arrive. Bought warranties and have no brochures/additional information to help me understand what I paid for and how to use it if necessary over the next four years. First time buying online and not likely to do it again. Nate said he'd take good care of me but I don't feel like that happened. I wasn't valued or appreciated and I certainly don't feel respected. To me it was all about moving a vehicle and getting the money. I originally believed buying through a Toyota dealership in Utah that it would be a win-win for everybody and something I could look back on with satisfaction of working with a good dealership and that I would do it again. While I got the vehicle I wanted, I think the whole interaction with the personnel and follow-through could have been, and should have been, a lot better. More

Jeff was a great salesman. Got me the price I wanted. Nate was the opposite. Hid unwanted protection packages in the contract without telling us and made no effort to cancel th Got me the price I wanted. Nate was the opposite. Hid unwanted protection packages in the contract without telling us and made no effort to cancel the service contract that we did initially want when we signed. It started out as a great experience, but went downhill quick. I would not recommend this dealership as I'm sure they train all of their management and finance staff the same way. More
