Well I have to update this back down to 1 star. Would give less than 1 star if I could. This is due to the worst customer service I have experienced from the service department.. Bought a 2024 K5 a Would give less than 1 star if I could. This is due to the worst customer service I have experienced from the service department.. Bought a 2024 K5 and 2024 Telluride from them. Tried to get the oil changed in the K5 and the soonest they could get it in was over 2 months out. Even offered to leave it there all day. They did not care. The Telluride had several recalls including one that was a fire hazard. Again, 2 months out was the best they could do. At the time of both sales, they included 1 year of free maintenance which is basically 2 oil changes in 1 year. They would not honor that on either vehicle so don't fall for that scam like we did. They do offer Lyft rides and this morning right after I dropped it off, they called saying they had no record of free 1 year maintenance so I would have to pay for the oil change. The lady calling was not helpful at all. When I hung up, the Lyft driver said I was the 3rd person he picked up recently from Kia of Columbia that had the exact conversation about the 1 year of free maintenance with them! So if you are expecting to have great service because you bought a brand new vehicle from Kia of Columbia, you will be disappointed like us. They do not care about customers after the purchase. How does the saying go... fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!! More

Overall, pretty terrible experience. Placed a custom order and was told it would be 30-45 days. After 5 months the vehicle came in. Very little communication during that 5 months. After Placed a custom order and was told it would be 30-45 days. After 5 months the vehicle came in. Very little communication during that 5 months. After it arrived, I was told none of the options were added to it. The dealership was aware that no options were added at the time they placed the order but never made me aware. I needed a week before I could pick up the vehicle and they initially told me they couldn't wait that long. I had to call the sales manager to get them to hold it for 1 week. After purchasing, I realized they didn't apply my $1,000 deposit to the overall price. No big deal if they would have easily refunded it. I had to argue with them and explain how much my vehicle was before they would refund. Unfortunately, we needed the vehicle and couldn't wait any longer. Will not be purchasing from Kia of Columbia again. More
