We have had some very bad experiences at dealerships recently. We were not looking forward to this process and going to another one. However, Natalyya was exceptional. Her demeanor was kind, caring and recently. We were not looking forward to this process and going to another one. However, Natalyya was exceptional. Her demeanor was kind, caring and hard working. She was so easy to work with and did not feel pressure at all as we decided on if we’d purchase or not. She worked with us and our needs without questions or any part of the process feeling forced. Furthermore, she was a gem with our 7yr old daughter and made her feel apart of the experience as well. Too kind! Additionally, Halleen was a pleasure to work with as it does not feel like other “stiff” and boring dealerships. Everyone is friendly and they let you move around the lot, looking/exploring/test driving, at your free will. So much better than any other place we’ve been in past. More
