I bought my vehicle a month ago and when I bought it, they said the passenger window needed fixed. That was fine with me, everything else seemed to work fine. Not even 12 HOURS after bringing the vehicle they said the passenger window needed fixed. That was fine with me, everything else seemed to work fine. Not even 12 HOURS after bringing the vehicle home, two other windows stopped working. I rolled my windows down one time and could not get them to go back up. They want to charge me $1000+ to fix the windows instead of making it right by me because "it isn't covered by the warranty". I could understand them not wanting to fix it if I had the car for a month or two before having issues BUT IT WAS ONE DAY! My review would have been very different if they had just fixed the windows.This was my first car buying experience from a dealership and it's been CRAPPY AND STRESSFUL to say the least. This car lot does not care what condition their vehicles are in before putting them out to be sold. I would not recommend buying a car from this business and I will make sure to tell every single person I know to stay far away from them. The only good thing I have to say about this company is that Natalie in the service department was very nice and tried to help. More

Recently we were traveling east on I-40 across the country and started having transmission issues. Harry Robinson was the closest dealership to our location. We called them and told them we were hav country and started having transmission issues. Harry Robinson was the closest dealership to our location. We called them and told them we were having issues, they said it would be two weeks before they could get us in. When we told them we were traveling they made us an appt right away. As soon as we arrived they hooked up our truck to diagnostics and found the issue. We were back on the road in an hour and 15 minutes. Everyone was nice, helpful, and worked quickly. Highly recommend their service team. Natalie spear headed our entire visit and was so helpful. Thanks so much! More
