I would like to start by saying I have been a customer with Honda and leasing vehicles for 27 years. This is my 3rd vehicle leased from Babylon Honda. In the past the service, communication, and product w with Honda and leasing vehicles for 27 years. This is my 3rd vehicle leased from Babylon Honda. In the past the service, communication, and product were excellent. I was contacted July 2025 to turn in my lease that was not due until April 2026. From that moment that experience was absolutely awful. Constantly called, emailed, texted me to contact them to come in. Once I did come into the office, I was offered a stock CRV for over $400 a month for a lease. I was told they did not want to buy my 2023 Honda CRV with only 10k + miles, fully loaded mind you. I left the office. They continued to harass me saying they had a deal for me that I would like. Needless to say, the deal I received was a very subpar product, I am so disappointed in Honda overall as this is my 7th CRV and it is a stock piece of garbage. I have had stock CRV vehicles before but this one feels like tinfoil. I also was not told that the safety features of lane assist, side and front sensors would not be available in this model. I found out when I drove it home that I no longer have these very necessary safety features. I will not be leasing a Honda in the future after 27 years of doing business with Honda. I will not just be returning to this dealership I will be looking to leave Honda all together as the product is subpar now when it used to be great. Also, I want to add after I completed all of the insurance work on 1 vehicle they turned around and sold that vehicle to someone else a day before me picking up the vehicle forcing me to have to repeat the process all over again. If this is how loyal customers are treated, I am beyond angry not only with the service I received but also the vehicle itself which I am now stuck with for 38 months. I was never asked to test drive the vehicle to notice the differences in the quality and also the manager Khaled's fix to my needing the auto open trunk was tie something to the trunk to pull it down or lay the seats down to put my groceries as I have a shoulder issue which makes it difficult to open and close the trunk. I will not step foot in another Honda dealership again which makes me very sad as I always valued the quality and customer service I have received in the past 27 years. You lost a very loyal customer who has retuned low mile, pristine cars for those 27 years. Although the finance manager Raul was very nice and did do a great job of explaining all of the financial parts of the deal I could not by all means forgo writing this review as it has been a nightmare for almost 6 months being harassed and then to be treated so poorly when I did give them a second chance to redeem themselves. Just so you know I did ask for other models of vehicles with the features I required that would keep my lease under the $400 amount which I was told that they would not work for me instead I was sold an absolute piece of garbage. I am beyond dissatisfied and feel it is time to venture to different car manufacturers as my sister just financed, not leased a beautiful fully loaded 2026 Chevy Trax for $399 a month. This leads me to believe there are better opportunities for me to get the items I want at a better price. Goodbye Honda More

Any question I had, if she didn’t immediately know the answer, she made sure to quickly find it for me. She also worked efficiently with my insurance company to secure the new insurance cards without any delays. When we were leaving the dealership and realized the tank was nearly empty, Natalia went above and beyond—she came with us to the gas station and put $20 worth of gas in the car using the business credit card. About a week after purchasing the car, we experienced an issue. I reached out to Natalia, and she and her manager promptly arranged for the vehicle to be towed to the Service Department the very next morning. She also ensured a loaner vehicle was ready for me so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. A few days later, she followed up to check on how everything was going. That level of service truly stood out. Although the car remained with the service team for six weeks due to delays in receiving MINI OEM parts, I was very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Natalia, her manager, and Angel Fernandez, Servicer Manager and his service team. If we’re ever in the market for another new or used vehicle, I would absolutely consider returning to New Babylon Honda. More

Just bought my 4th Honda from Babylon Honda. ..been using them since 2000. Natalia was a pleasure!
