Even though my car wasn’t ready on the scheduled pickup day, Bobby quickly arranged a loaner vehicle so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. He consistently kept me updated on the progress of my car and made sure everything was ready for me as soon as possible. His professionalism, communication, and genuine care for customers truly stood out. I drove all the way from Maryland to Fredericksburg to buy this car, and it was completely worth the trip. I have bought many cars in my life. Alpha Motorsports of Fredericksburg is by far the worst dealership i have ever worked with. They are very dishonest and use deceptive sales tactics. Alpha Motorsports of Fredericksburg is by far the worst dealership i have ever worked with. They are very dishonest and use deceptive sales tactics. They listed a car at a very attractive price online, only to find out that isn't the actual sales price. it was a price that you had to qualify for with discounts. They said they would do me a favor and give me the discounts on the sale price, but I found out later they baked the "savings" back into the deal through fees. On top of that they told me the car had no issues and was in great condition. That turned out to be false. They didn't even bother to clean the car before delivering it to me. I called to address my concerns to the sales rep and he passed me to the manager Nasr. Nasr contacted me and said he would make things right by getting the car properly cleaned and address the issues with the car. I sent him the documents and pictures he requested to get the process started. It's been 3 weeks and he has been impossible to reach and won't return my phone calls or text messages. Absolutely worst dealership. I do not recommend anyone work with this place. More

False advertisement, looked online for Tesla Model Y saw on there website one I liked it was advertised retail $32,000 or One time payment $26,000. So went to the dealership in Fredericksburg, VA test drov on there website one I liked it was advertised retail $32,000 or One time payment $26,000. So went to the dealership in Fredericksburg, VA test drove the car liked it asked a lot of questions about the car since its new to me they were great answering those questions. They asked if I would be Financing or paying cash. I confirmed that the car is $32,000 if I financed and if I paid cash it was $26,000 they said yes. I said I'd like to pay cash and would like to see if they could do better on that price or at least throw in a mobile charger. After going and crunching the numbers with the sales manager they came back and said the cash price was $32,000. Naturally I disagreed because the cash price on their website and from the sales person was at $26,000. Clearly this was a bait and switch tactic that cost me 3 hours of my time and a lot of frustration for me. This is crazy that they Falsely advertise to get people in the door then not honor said price. I will be reaching out to the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board over this. These car dealers cant just be playing games like this. More

My daughter and I received up front costs for the vehicle we were interested in. The lowest price is for a 1x cash payment.
