Second vehicle I purchased there, our salesperson Nang Ha is exceptional. My only issue was that when we looked for a rattle upon opening the hood was suprised to find a board to hold open the hood. Nang was nice enough to say Northside would cover that, but we opted to replace rather than drive all the way over there. More
