Buying a car is not typically something that I look forward to. I have to say that working with Heritage Honda of Westminster was actually an enjoyable experience. Working with James Whittaker and his forward to. I have to say that working with Heritage Honda of Westminster was actually an enjoyable experience. Working with James Whittaker and his manager Joan Figuereo was a pleasure. James took the time to find out what vehicle with options we really wanted and when they realized that they did not have exactly what we wanted at their dealership Joan worked hard to find it. Not only did they find it but they got it back to the dealership by the end of the day for us to take home. They went way above and beyond anything I would have expected. Also. they were very fair with the price they offered for the vehicle we wanted to trade in. Then, at the end of the day when they had our car at the dealership and we sat down with Nancy in financing to finalize everything that also was a positive experience. She explained things thoroughly and took the time to answer all questions to ensure we left there with the financing and coverage which best suited us. All in all, a great experience and we would recommend Heritage Honda of Westminster to anyone looking for a vehicle. I can assure you that we will be returning there in the future to see James for our next vehicle purchase. More

Avoid avoid and again avoid at all costs, go somewhere else. Nancy W. in finance told my wife to leave her office and was rude and aggressive, she is old enough to retire and should do so!!! Eyo in sales was great and was the only bright spot, he should leave this place if staff are allowed to be so rude. My wife lost her father 2 weeks ago and he left her money to replace her Honda Accord with a new one. This should have been a great day instead I am writing this review. The GM, Robert Lee, assured us that this would be addressed. The clock is ticking and we are furious! The rudeness of Nancy and her ruining this day for my wife is beyond horrible! You never know what kind of struggles a person has and to be rude, callous and insensitive to a grieving person is beyond my comprehension. She should be removed from dealing with people if this is how she talks to them! We will never buy from Heritage Westminster Honda. More
