They Did not fix my problem i brought vehicle in for . They Assumed” what issue was based off a normal routine inspection instead of investigating the issue of concern . They then changed me for what they think the issue was , just to get my car back and still have the same issue which lets me know they didn’t even perform anytime of quality check after the service was completed . They also had my car for 6 days after my scheduled appointment before they even got it to the back to get it through service More

I booked an appointment in the myGMC app for a recall, arrived and they said they didn't have enough time and rescheduled me. To be fair the work performed result was satisfying. 5 weeks they had my car. Phone coordination, time it took to perform work was poor at best. Yr dealership has a chat person online that obviously is 5 weeks they had my car. Phone coordination, time it took to perform work was poor at best. Yr dealership has a chat person online that obviously is AI person whose responses don't answer yr questions and the phone number she gives you doesn't work. Im sure yr mechanics are certified and perform their jobs efficiently. The support staff needs alot of attention. And for that reason I will not be doing any more business with yr establishment. More
