They had exactly what I was looking for and the service was stellar! Nana was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We drove over two hours from Myrtle Beach, but the level of customer service we received made it worth the trip! More

We came to an agreement on the price and conditions that were to be met upon delivery of the vehicle and put down a deposit. We waited for 5 days ( to account for a major storm and Nana's day off) to recei were to be met upon delivery of the vehicle and put down a deposit. We waited for 5 days ( to account for a major storm and Nana's day off) to receive the vehicle and the work that was promised was NOT DONE. No explanation. No apologies. Just NOT DONE. Yet our salesperson claimed the work had been done. Super disappointing! So unprofessional. When a vehicle veers hard left, that's a problem. When the salesperson and dealership promise that will be fixed upon delivery, yet nothing has been done, that's an even bigger problem. Zero faith in this dealer. Cannot believe we haven't received a phone call from anyone to ask about our experience. I guess they know they will get an earful if they call. Such a waste of our time and energy! More
