Wasn't planning on buying a car Stopped in CBB to SEE a car we were interested in test driving...not buying at the time. We were on vacation! "Que" met us at the car and was just ab Stopped in CBB to SEE a car we were interested in test driving...not buying at the time. We were on vacation! "Que" met us at the car and was just about the sweetest person I have ever met. At a car dealership? Thats unheard of. From there it just got better. He was not only personable, but actually caring. Once again...at a car dealership? What planet did we land on? Anyway, he showed us the cars we wanted to see and then showed us a car we thought was out of our price range, but he was patient with all our questions. And to our surprise, it was NOT out of our price range and EXACTLY what we were looking for. What also amazed us was his knowledge about the cars as we asked about different cars we saw. We went to the other lot to see other cars and he answered our questions; opened the cars and made sure we saw all we needed. Being out of state shoppers, a lot was at stake. Because now we were interested. The car we settled on had just come in and had damage on the outside in 2 places. The inside was pristine (but for a small item at the sunroof). Que promised it would be taken care of..but would it really? We went ahead with the sale (surprising us) and the entire process was VERY un-dealership! No pressure. No extra "buy this or else" attitude. They put on tinted windows on all cars, but where we live, its illegal so we asked for it to be removed (other reviews referred to this) and Que said it would be removed and we would NOT be charged. We were not! Gene Penna was FABULOUS for our financing and again, SO different than other car dealerships. For those reviews that say they wouldn't answer calls or texts...ours were responded to immediately each time. Que sent us a video the MINUTE the car was repaired, as we were back home again now,--and again--CBB went over and above! The damage was COMPLETELY repaired and invisible!! We went over the video a dozen times and each time we were just as impressed in what we saw. The only step left now is to get it shipped and I am expecting this part of the process to be a smooth and excellent (don't let us down now!) as the rest has been. I would HIGHLy recommend that you SEEK OUT and ask for QUE when you look for a car at CBB and I can promise you won't be disappointed. Looking forward to doing business with him again in the future! More
