Needed to quickly replace my previous vehicle, which was
totaled by a red light runner. Process wasn't difficult. However, did not appreciate the bait-n-switch process of advertising at one price, but then

However, did not appreciate the bait-n-switch process of advertising at one price, but then springing and additional, non-negotiable, $1000 for "blah blah blah". Then came the new dealer-line of "we don't negotiate prices" (they now all say this, they all do).
If i wasn't stuck without a vehicle, I'd have walked. I won't go back here in the future and will be steering my gf (in the market for a new/nearly new Aviator) elsewhere.
Do not recommend.

After I read your review, I discussed it with your sales representative, Que, to get more info on this, I then telephoned you and I had a chance to address your concerns. I mentioned that there was no “bait and switch” as Que did share with you that our CBB Advantage program was fully disclosed in the vehicle’s advertisement on our website and on Car Gurus which was the lead that you looked at. We also advertise that we are a one price store by putting our best price right upfront which the large majority of our customers love. Our market-based pricing eliminates the adversarial aspect of back-and-forth negotiation that most customers dislike. I understand that you were faced with having to purchase a vehicle under unfortunate circumstances and you wanted to get a vehicle quickly. We were able to assist you in that regard. However, just because we offered you the same price on the vehicle that what we would have sold to someone else, I respectfully do not believe that should be a reason to post a negative review against our dealership. Nevertheless, we do appreciate your business and the happy picture of you with your new BMW. We did an out of state deal that has taken multiple weeks to complete all phases. Our trade in still isn’t paid off over 15 days later.
