This was my first solo car purchase. Que and Mark were extremely helpful with my questions, and in getting paperwork handled. I viewed a 2014 Mercedes ML350 on Saturday, and on Monday night I drove it home! I absolutely LOVE my car! The tilt wheel didn’t down up and down, so we brought it in to have it looked at. Dan in service was amazing. He not only fixed the problem- at no charge! But he also removed a couple of coins that were stuck between the ashtray and jingling. 20/10 stars ⭐️ for Benz and Beemer! I am a customer for life! More

They were great to deal with, until they received my money. After that it was like pulling teeth to get a response out of them. I had to even call the car carrier directly (that they had hired) to find money. After that it was like pulling teeth to get a response out of them. I had to even call the car carrier directly (that they had hired) to find out where my car was and when it would be delivered. Upon receipt of the vehicle I noticed that the clutch fluid was below the low hash mark and black (in need of service) so I simply notified the service manager of this after they had reached out to me about future service and got no response. The owner however responded that they “tested the clutch fluid and it tested fine” even though I had sent photos. Tell me you know nothing without telling me you know nothing.. a simple apology would have been fine but instead he came off as a complete clown. All in all, not impressed. More
